On 2016 March 18th, there is 100KM walking sport in Shenzhen, nearly 60 thousand people attend. Nowadays people pay more attention to do exercise, that’s why so many people attend this. .In fact I also really love walking, I spend nearly 30 minutes to one hour for walking every day it is pity that I can’t attend this because I need to take care of my baby. Lots of friend share their walking experience to me so I write some article for walking man, hope it is helpful.

1) Before attend such long walking sport, please check out your body.

2) Familiar with the walking road in advance.

3) Take necessary things such as raincoat, mobile phone etc. You can consider to take our foldable solar bag ECE-635,it is lightweight , easy to take out. Furthermore it can keep charging your phone during this event. Don’t take too much item on your back, it will be too heavy for your walking.

4) Wear suitable sport shoes.

5) Changing walking posture such as run away, walking etc, it can help you walking easier 

6) Don’t try to catch up others. Follow your own pace, keep uniform all the time.

7) When toe or foot pain feeling, don’t use only feet walking side, it will be make your more hurt.

8) If you feel your shoulder is very heavy, please use your abdominal breathing.

9) When you on mountain, you can take deep breath and reach forward.

10) When you downhill, please don’t run, the body will be back and lower center of gravity, it is easy to hurt.

11) Choose companion.

Choose suitable companion who walking speed is similar as you.

12) Do it by yourself, try your best to help others.

13) During long walking trip, please choose healthy food to avoid sick.
